What is the difference between the EPFX and SCIO?

There is no difference between the EPFX and the SCIO. USA and Canada refer to it as the EPFX. The rest of the world refers to it as the SCIO.

What qualifications do I need to purchase an EPFX

Although it is a definite bonus if you already have a background in health and wellness and already work with the public in your field of expertise, a basic knowledge of computers is the only real necessity before purchasing an EPFX.

Our organization is set up so that we will provide you with all the necessary training and accreditation needed that will take you from where you are now to being proficient with the EPFX as long as you follow the complete program.

Does the EPFX come with a warranty?

Yes the EPFX device comes with a 2 year manufacturer's warranty.

How often does the software get updated?

The manufacturer is always working on improvements and additions to the program as he receives feedback from all users of the software.

The good news is that unlike most software companies that charge you a fee to update your software, when a new version comes out with the EPFX, you receive the updated version FOR FREE for the complete time you own your device. You can expect to upgrade your software once or twice per year.

What happens if I need assistance with my EPFX?

You will come to find that The Quantum Alliance has the most comprehensive phone support system in the business, offering toll-free program AND technical support. This service is offered 24 hours a day 7 days per week.

Is the EPFX certified?

Yes, the EPFX has many certifications including registration with the FDA, Health Canada, CE (the EU), Mexico, Australia, South Africa and many other countries.

What type of computer do I need to run the EPFX?

You will receive a fully loaded laptop computer that includes all the necessary specifications you will need to run the EPFX software.

Are there other opportunities available involving the EPFX above and beyond the opportunity to become an EPFX practitioner?

While most people that purchase an EPFX do so in order to either open a business offering EPFX services to clients as a Certified Quantum Biofeedback Specialist (QBS) or for personal use to offer sessions to family and friends, there are in fact other opportunities available.
