• I declare that the hardware and software are for my personal use and not for resale.
• I have three (3) days after delivery to return the hardware/software. International law fully protects my rights.
• I will receive a full warranty on all software and hardware for two (2) years from the date of purchase.
• I understand that it will take 3 to 4 weeks for delivery of the SCIO. All orders are placed each Friday once purchase documentation is finalized and monies received. Please contact your AC if you have questions.
• A re-stocking fee may apply to cancelled orders.

Welcome to the Online Financing Application site for the Quantum Alliance SCIO Device. Time Investment Company (TIC) is responsible for managing the Line of Credit for Quantum Alliance. You will be submitting an online application containing your digital signature to Time Investment Company for the Quantum Alliance SCIO Device.

By submitting this application to TIC, you hereby agree to the Loan Terms set forth by Quantum Alliance for the SCIO Device and the terms set forth by Time Investment Company on the application. You agree that everything you have stated in this application is correct to the best of your knowledge and understand that Time Investment Company will retain this application whether or not it is approved. You also are authorizing Time Investment Company to check your credit and employment history.
